Overview
Plan, perform, and manage medium to high complexity production support tasks and activities. Handle incident, change, problem management, controls, and monitoring of production infrastructure. Provide mid-level end-user support, including systems administration assistance and user documentation updates. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and data backups. Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new software and hardware. Manage and administer VMware environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the cloud infrastructure. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patch management and upgrades. Ensure security and compliance within the virtualized environment. Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and implement new cloud solutions. Provide L3 support for VMware-related incidents and service requests.
