Your Role as Clinical Lead:
Deliver comprehensive dental care, from complex restorative to cosmetic and preventive services Lead daily clinical operations and support cross-functional teamwork Coach and collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff Ensure exceptional patient experiences and maintain the highest clinical standards Participate in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and case presentations
What We’re Looking For:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program Active New York State dental license Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred Confidence in managing a busy schedule and delivering comprehensive care Strong communication and mentorship skills
