As a cashier at Wingstop, you will take and give out orders to the kitchen staff, communicate quickly and efficiently with crew members, and ensure guests receive their orders on time. Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, addressing customer queries, and replacing food if necessary. The role requires being a team player in a fast-paced, strenuous environment, maintaining good relations with guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.
2. Take orders in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of the menu, sauces, and promotions.
3. Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately; verify age for alcohol purchases.
4. Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations.
5. Ensure all orders are prepared within company standards.
6. Verify that all wings are presentable and double-check orders before handing to customers.
7. Balance the register at the end of each shift and deliver the cash to the next shift.
8. Maintain a clean and stocked work environment in the Front of House.
9. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.
10. Maintain a professional appearance according to company standards.
11. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
12. Leave customers with a positive and lasting impression of their Wingstop experience.

Additional Information:

• Previous cashier and restaurant experience is a plus.
