We are seeking a Manager, Workday HCM - Recruiting and Talent for our Consulting practice at KPMG. The role involves leading Workday HCM projects, supporting business development, supervising staff, and managing engagements related to ERP and HCM implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
2. Support business development activities such as proposal development and client pursuits.
3. Manage day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements, including process design and lifecycle support.
4. Supervise and performance manage staff on engagements.
5. Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial policies.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of ERP and HCM implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation and Workday certification in Recruiting or Talent (certification must be obtained within three months of employment if not already held).
• Strong verbal and analytical skills; ability to produce publication-quality writing.
• Understanding of ERP systems and module functionality.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
