Account Manager - Parking Operations
Salary Range:
$55,000-$70,000 Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential
Work Modality : On-Site

Full-time, Monday - Friday, Weekends as Needed

Ideal Experience: This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required. As Account Manager, you will:
Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees. Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings. Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues. Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports. Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals. Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client. Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours). Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client. Overall responsibility for operations, administration, and financial performance within an assigned location(s). Direct and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants, and maintenance personnel. May act as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain oversight responsibility for positive customer service delivery by entire staff. May be required to successfully resolve customer service issues, complaints, and/or problems. Handle all personnel issues and paperwork and maintain and enforce policies and procedures relative to hiring, performance review and improvement, and termination of staff. Prepare all work schedules for regular and overtime hours to ensure the facility is properly staffed during regular and peak operating periods. Reconcile and submit employee payroll reports and ensure salaries and wages expenses are maintained within budgeted parameters. Collect, deposit, and report daily revenue on a consolidated basis and review cashier or system reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure the proper completion of all month end reports, as well as required daily and quarterly reports, ensuring appropriate activity and/or revenue statistics are accurately reported and associated files and records are maintained in an organized and appropriate manner. Prepare annual budget to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year, and ensure the budget is followed throughout the year. Regularly update the revenues and expense projections in the Propark forecasting tool as required or requested. Advocate and cultivate career development of site supervisors and assistant account manager. (Makes it an objective-action.) Ensure that established operating policies and procedures are properly administered and effectively executed to ensure brand integrity, sound revenue control, equipment maintenance, and accurate signage. May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences. May be asked to attend meetings with property's clients and respond to their special requests on an as needed basis. Other special projects as assigned by local management -
Two to three years of management and operational experience in the parking or related industry preferred. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business preferred. Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus and an ability to work with all staff levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite of products. Experience with payroll systems, ADP and Kronos preferred. Experience with revenue control equipment. Valid driver's license
