Our Enterprise client is seeking a versatile
Content Specialist
with content editing skills to join their team for 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities
Filming and editing short-form video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Designing high-impact social visuals such as static posts, carousels, and motion graphics to support brand storytelling and campaign goals.
Developing and executing original content ideas with a social-first approach that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand objectives.
Collaborating with the in-house marketing team and external agencies to bring content strategies and creative briefs to life.
Managing the end-to-end publishing process across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube, with native optimization.
Staying updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep content timely and engaging.
Delivering final creative assets promptly, optimized for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
Experience
1-3 years of experience as a social media content creator, video editor, or digital storyteller in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating authentic, on-brand performance-driven content.
Proficient in editing and producing high-quality social videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or native editors.
Skilled in designing social graphics in Figma, with a strong sense of layout, brand consistency, and content hierarchy.
Ability to craft engaging captions and copy that complement visual assets to boost engagement.
Experience publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
Deep understanding of TikTok marketing, Instagram growth tactics, and platform features.
Thrives in a virtual work environment; bonus if familiar with workflow tools like AirTable.
