This role reports onsite full time in our Los Angeles, CA office. The Role We're looking for a confident Senior multidisciplinary designer with 6+ years' experience to join our growing brand and marketing team in Los Angeles. You will be a creative powerhouse, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across a wide range of media. You will be a key player in shaping the visual identity of our brands, ensuring consistency and excellence in all marketing and promotional materials. You will work closely with other creatives, marketing managers, CG artists, producers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful designs that resonate with our audiences. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across static and motion projects and has a basic understanding of editing. The role is suited to someone who comes from an agency or entertainment background. This is an exciting opportunity to work across an array of creative projects for some of the biggest kids' brands. Responsibilities Conceptualization & Design: Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for projects including marketing campaigns (digital and print, static and motion), social media content, event and promotional materials, and brand guidelines. Multidisciplinary Expertise: Use skills in graphic design, illustration, typography, and motion graphics to create cohesive visual experiences. Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistent application of brand guidelines across all projects, preserving the integrity of our characters and properties. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget. Art Direction: Guide freelancers and external vendors as needed. Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with latest design trends, especially within kids entertainment. Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs for optimal results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 6+ years' professional experience in graphic design, preferably in entertainment or creative agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with digital design and social media content creation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with 3D programs and Premiere is a plus. Personal Attributes Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
