The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate, with specific expertise in closing transactions and handling related matters. Duties: Manage commercial lending and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, and financing. Handle transactions and legal matters that cross state, regional, and national boundaries. Close commercial loan and real estate deals with precision and efficiency. Address land use and permitting issues, as well as conduct title examinations and manage title insurance matters. Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure successful transaction outcomes. Provide expert legal counsel and representation in commercial lending and real estate matters. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, and financing.
