The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. The pay for this position starts at $19.00/hour. This position is located at our Fresno Airport location at 5175 East Clinton Way Fresno, CA. We offer: Employee rental car discounts Retirement savings plan including 401(k) Training and development Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week Availability between Thursday and Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM and 3:15 PM - 12:15 AM, with potential to stay until 2:00 AM for delayed flights. Responsibilities include: Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely Verify car information and VIN number for security and control Offer refueling options to Emerald Aisle members Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas Ensure the booth is stocked with necessary supplies Assist customers at the exit booth with undivided attention Greet all customers and thank them at the end of transactions Provide directions, maps, and local information; resolve customer issues effectively Perform other customer service duties as needed Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Minimum of 2 years customer service experience Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
