Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to ensure seamless service.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure excellent experiences.
- Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist servers and restaurant associates to maintain service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
- Legal age to serve alcohol.
- Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
