This is a direct hire opportunity with no nights or weekends. Join a respected oncology imaging team and contribute to life-changing patient care.nnJob Description:nUnder general supervision, the PET-CT Technologist performs PET imaging procedures and related functions. This role collaborates with the Medical Director and management on technical performance, equipment quality assurance, and protocol compliance. Adheres to HIPAA and the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.nnSchedule & Location:nFull-Time | Direct HirenMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMnNo nights or weekendsnOnsite – Amarillo, TX 79106nnSalary/Wage:n$42.99 – $57.92/hour (Based on experience and certification level)nnKey Duties:n• Perform diagnostic PET imaging procedures, including radiopharmaceutical and/or IV contrast injectionn• Administer oral contrast and perform patient positioning, image reconstruction, and filmingn• Conduct network image transfers and archivingn• Assist with procedure scheduling, patient charting, and front office coordinationn• Maintain accuracy of patient demographic data, film requests, and report distributionn• Collect clinical data for follow-up and educational developmentn• Conduct daily QA on scanner performance; report malfunctions/service needsn• Manage film printing, archiving, retrieval, and loan trackingn• Monitor and respond to IV contrast reactions per protocoln• Order and manage inventory of office, medical, and archiving suppliesnnRequired Qualifications:nLevel 1:n• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology (AMA-accredited)n• PET-CT certification requiredn• CNMT and/or ARRT(N) certificationn• 3–5 years of nuclear medicine or PET experience preferredn• General knowledge of patient scheduling and billing systemsnnLevel 2:n• 5+ years nuclear medicine experience, including 2+ years PETnnSenior Level:n• Bachelor’s degree (if not already held)n• 4+ years PET experiencennCompetencies:n• Customer Focused: Proactively identifies and addresses patient needs with empathy and initiativen• Quality Commitment: Defines, monitors, and upholds quality standardsn• Teamwork: Collaborates effectively and constructively across disciplinesnnPhysical Requirements:n• Lift/carry items up to 50 lbs; push/pull patients up to 300 lbsn• Reach overhead; stand/sit for extended periodsn• Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, corrected vision/hearing requirednnWork Environment:n• Direct patient contact in a clinical settingn• Exposure to biohazards, radiation, and standard healthcare risksn• Adheres to safety, infection control, and HIPAA protocolsn• Reasonable accommodations availablennCall/Text: 469-840-562 469-840-5624nEmail: #ALINE4
