NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!!! They will NOT be returned. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help our direct client. This is a 6-month, hybrid position with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment. Responsibilities: Work with development teams, business teams, and external partners developing and communicating shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Owner of several significant portions of the product’s functionality controlling all aspects of future iterations to optimize the business value of each area. Provide product leadership to a vibrant team of engineers and designers during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bi-directionally about the progress. Measure and review data on product changes to determine the need to iterate further. Understand company’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short and long term goals. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected. Requirements: Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in one of the following offices: Baltimore, MD, Wilmington, DE, or New York City. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the office. Funnel optimization strategy experience with a fintech / bank or financial institution (Best Egg, Upstart, are ideal). Story writing / execution with a scrum development team.
