A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Attorney for a rewarding opportunity in North Barrington, Illinois. Duties:
Provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, finance, and real estate.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored legal solutions.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions.
Support the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in general corporate transactions and exposure to M&A, private equity, finance, and real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the bar in good standing for the relevant jurisdiction.
