Qualifications:
- Current License to practice medicine
- New York License is preferred
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- AHA BLS and ACLS Certified
- DEA Certificate
- NPI
- Degree
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 am
- Weekends: 8:00 am Saturday through 8:00 am Monday
- Federal Holidays: 8:00 am on the holiday through 8:00 am the day after the holiday
OT is not authorized under this contract.
On-call is not authorized under this contract.
The Lead Contract Physician will perform administrative duties approximately 10 hours per week, not to exceed 520 hours per year. This coverage may be provided at the Bath VA or remotely dependent on the needs of the VA. The Lead Contract Physician will provide two weekly scheduled administrative blocks for 1-hour increments during normal business hours for meetings and VA contract.
