Deliver Outstanding Member Service:
Acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve any concerns. Process Pharmacy Transactions:
Operate cash registers, process member purchases, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges following company procedures. Support Prescription Management:
Assist in processing both prescription and over-the-counter orders, organize pharmacy supplies, and maintain accurate paperwork. Maintain Pharmacy Area:
Receive and stock merchandise, organize the pharmacy space, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Collaborate Effectively:
Engage with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress, while fostering a positive and productive team environment. Uphold Integrity and Ethics:
Adhere to company policies, promote integrity, and model our company values to support a culture of accountability. Strive for Excellence:
