The Clinical Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The clinical RBT will work primarily in a clinical setting and operated on a an assigned fixed schedule, with additional service delivery to clients in their homes, community, via Telehealth, and/or school settings. Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services to children diagnosed with ASD Implement programs developed by the BCBA Teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills using the principles of ABA under the direct supervision of a BCBA Maintain compliant records and data related to behavioral programming Provide support in crisis situations and consistently implement pre-determined Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) Ensure client safety Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct at all times Acquire and maintain technical knowledge via remote and/or in vivo trainings Report any suspicion of child abuse or neglect to the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families (MA DCF) Comply with health and safely protocols

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback in a professional manner Work independently after initial direction Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) laws Utilize technology solutions for working environment Secure password management for employee accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license Must have access to a reliable insured vehicle Must have access to a mobile device that meet minimum specifications: Supports installation of all available OS security updates Ability to run the latest version of the Chrome web browser Must have access to a mobile data plan that meet minimum specifications: Broadband data rate (minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps) Must have active RBT credential Must maintain CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification
Compensation
This position offers a dual pay rate structure to account for the different types of work performed. Face-to-face patient services are compensated at a higher rate of $21-28 per hour, reflecting the specialized skills and direct patient care involved. Administrative tasks, including paperwork, scheduling, and other non-clinical duties, are compensated at a base rate of $17 per hour. This structure ensures fair compensation that reflects the varying responsibilities and expertise required for each aspect of the role.

Schedule
This position operates on a fixed schedule, providing employees with consistent and predictable working hours. This structured schedule ensures stable case management, allowing for effective clinical outcomes. Employees are expected to adhere strictly to this schedule to maintain the operational efficiency and consistency required for the role.
Face-to-face patient service schedules are not guaranteed. Daily schedules are subject to health and safety screening, prior authorization, and client availability.
Education
Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field Up-to-date CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification
Experience
Minimum of three months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional age youth, or families.
