Required: ADN Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Preferred: Behavioral Health nursing experience BSN Certifications and Licenses
BLS from the American Heart Association Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement Scheduling Requirements
Per Diem Night shift Availability to work one weekend per month Availability to work 2 shifts per week, Monday-Friday Participation in summer and winter holiday shifts Essential Functions
Provide nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring safety and ethical standards. Maintain knowledge of patient population and report safety issues. Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately, collaborating with the care team. Use the nursing process to individualize patient care and evaluate outcomes. Other Duties
