Overview: Hiring a
Mailroom/Warehouse Associate
for a full-time, on-site role in
Bloomfield, CT . This is a physically active role requiring mail handling, package processing, and internal deliveries. Ideal for candidates with mailroom, warehouse, or Amazon-like experience. Job Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages Process outgoing mail using a mail meter (training provided) Handle shipping and receiving operations throughout the day Bring in pallets, scan and track items, and pack them onto carts for delivery Maintain logs/records of mail and package tracking Ensure timely and accurate internal deliveries Operate office equipment such as scanners and mail meters Follow safety procedures and internal protocols Work in an on-your-feet, active role (not desk-based)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 1 2 years of relevant experience (mailroom, warehouse, Amazon, etc.) preferred Copy/print service experience is a plus May require a valid driver's license and insurance (per company policy)
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Good PC and basic computer skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with mailroom equipment and office machines Basic math and filing proficiency
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 55 lbs (team assistance available) Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stretching Pushing/pulling equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs) Walking between buildings as needed Moderate dexterity (hand-eye coordination, handling tools)
