Duties: Manage a variety of labor and employment law cases, including civil litigation matters. Provide legal counsel on employment policies, practices, and compliance. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and other related documents. Advise clients on workplace disputes, regulatory issues, and employee relations matters. Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to ensure the best client outcomes. Stay updated on labor and employment laws and regulations, applying new insights to client matters. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Proven track record in handling complex legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution. Strong understanding of employment laws, both federal and state. Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Education: J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills: Litigation and dispute resolution expertise. Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong negotiation abilities and client management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Job Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid work environment available).
