Base Salary: $ 85 K-$110 K
What you'll be doing:
- Serving as the senior finance leader for our client's largest specialty practice group
- Leading financial integrationto a paperless work environment
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Managing a team of three accounting staff
- Planning, implementing, and supervising the company's financial strategy
- Managing the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets
- Handling transactions and debts, and doing cash flow forecasting
- Performing financial audits and working with an outside CPA
- Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
- Creating financial reports based on data analysis
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with working knowledge of transitioning to a paperless environment
- Advanced in Excel
- CPA (preferred but not required)
- Sage 50 Software is a huge plus (preferred but not required)
