Overview
The Director of Network Infrastructure manages and implements new networks and supports current networks efficiently, providing enhancements, security, and maintenance for existing systems. The role includes expert technical assistance in cloud and network planning, engineering, and architecture; identifying and implementing network modifications and new products to improve performance or resolve issues; testing new network software before deployment; and strategic planning for future network and IT infrastructure changes. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in computer science, information sciences, or related field plus 7 years of experience supporting MS Office 365, MS server environments, and network administration. MS certification is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Azure networking, virtualization, firewall routing, Wi-Fi management, and advanced networking is required. Knowledge of Microsoft server environments, hardware, MS Intune, operating systems, and Microsoft Entra is also required. Excellent communication skills are essential. Supervisory experience of at least two years is necessary. Experience in healthcare and familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix are advantages. LOCATION

Manage IT infrastructure performance and security. Implement policies and procedures for IT infrastructure usage. Conduct risk assessments and vendor security reviews. Lead planning and implementation of infrastructure changes. Identify and deploy security enhancements. Oversee Azure cloud environment monitoring and security. Manage software licenses and hardware/software selection. Support system administration and maintenance. Develop project requirements and plans. Lead IT projects with technical expertise. Implement network security measures, including firewalls, cryptography, backups, and disaster recovery. Promote leadership and positive work behaviors.
