Handle caseloads involving professional liability and premises liability Manage all aspects of procedural law in litigation Independently prepare and respond to legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests Represent clients in court hearings and trials Develop strategies to effectively defend clients in insurance-related matters Collaborate with senior attorneys to build case strategies Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s insurance defense practice Requirements
Admission to the Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ) State Bars Experience in insurance defense and litigation Strong understanding of procedural law and litigation processes Ability to work independently and take initiative Proactive approach to managing a caseload Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications
Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars Skills
Strong litigation and trial experience Proficient in legal research and writing Ability to manage complex insurance defense cases Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company info
