Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry (Tele)Location: Chandler, AZ Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week) Pay Rate: $55 - $63 per hour •Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry (Tele) unit for a 13-week contract in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and telemetry services. •Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Interpret cardiac rhythms and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. •Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Arizona. Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience preferred. Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week). Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
