Summary

We are seeking a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. You will oversee activities within assigned territories, ensuring client and customer standards are met, working closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, and retail personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses.
• Maintain accurate communication, administrative, and coaching duties.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of retail experience, including 2 in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
