THIS ROLE: NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton, GA. Sole practitioner environment as it is CRNA only.
THE FACILITY: Evans Memorial Hospital
CASES INCLUDE: General, GI, plastics, eyes, no OB
We Offer: Base Salary $205K+ Incentives, Stipends & generous Sign on Bonus Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $10,000 of annual forgiveness through the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Loan Repayment Program (APRNLRP) Generous PTO: 6 weeks Permanent, W2 Flexible Scheduling Health, Dental, Vision Short term disability Company paid long term disability Company paid life insurance and AD&D insurance 401K plan with company match Pet Insurance Malpractice CEU Funds Learning and development programs Mentorship
