Sales Analyst
for a prominent client of ours. This position is in
Des Plaines, IL 60018.
Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
$21 - $22/hour based on previous experience. Full-Time, On-Site in Des Plaines, Monday - Friday, normal business hours. Process data & perform calculations for incentive compensation quarterly payouts including SPIFs Support quarterly analytics related to incentive compensation Support monthly business planning meetings through data analysis Assist with documentation of incentive compensation process and calculations Qualifications:
HS Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power query, Power pivot, Advanced calculations) Problem-Solving mindset and strong attention to detail. Experience with DOMO and/or Power BI is highly preferred, but not required. Previous work with incentive compensation programs is also highly preferred.
