Providing care to residents in post-acute facilities as an
LPN Documenting residents' medical histories and health concerns promptly Tracking vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions of residents Monitoring medical records and charts Assisting in medication dispensing, verification, and monitoring effects Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents Providing assistance with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy Managing medical supply storage and inventory Assisting with training and orientation of new staff Adhering to care plans and all relevant regulations and policies Qualifications and Skills
Valid Massachusetts state license to practice as a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Completion of an approved
LPN
