Job Description
The Chef Manager manages catering onsite service in accordance with ARAMARK’s standardized program to meet or exceed client expectations, while staying within established budget guidelines.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the account manager in establishing and organizing the implementation of the ARAMARK Environmental Services program according to standardized procedures.
- Manage catering routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations and implement improvements as needed.
- Oversee crew scheduling, shifts, and attendance to support service quality during mealtimes.
- Continuously improve work efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct safety training to promote safety awareness and maintain a safe workplace.
- Manage inventory, tools, materials, and assets; ensure tableware and environment safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain effective internal communication and collaboration, focusing on problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
- Conduct training to enhance service skills and capabilities; maintain work journals and handover checklists.
Qualifications
Education:
- College degree or higher.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in the catering industry; experience in large-scale property management, five-star hotels, or customer service management is preferred.
Vocational Qualifications:
- Familiarity with catering and coffee shop procedures and standards; knowledge of professional service systems and operations. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic English skills.

- Customer service orientation and good communication skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve complex problems quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in implementation.
