The Practice MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas – Tawas City, Michigan A 23-bed facility, full-service hospital. 10-Emergency Bed Hospital with an annual volume of 17,000. Level IV Trauma Center. Provides diagnostic imaging and lab tests on site. The Community Tawas City, Michigan, is a charming lakeside town nestled along the shores of Lake Huron. Known for its proximity to the Tawas Point State Park, the area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Residents enjoy activities like boating, fishing, and hiking along the Tawas Bay waterfront. Seasonal weather includes snowy winters, vibrant springs, warm summers, and colorful autumns. Tawas City’s regional location offers access to other destinations along the Sunrise Coast.
