Position Overview
The Groundwater Practice within our Water service line seeks a talented individual for the role of Groundwater Director - North America. This leadership role involves guiding a team of hydrogeologists and professionals to deliver innovative groundwater sustainability solutions, collaborating with global leaders in Water and Environment practices.
Location & Reporting
This is a full-time role based in Los Angeles, Monrovia, Houston, Baton Rouge, or Denver, with potential for remote work. The position reports to the Vice President - Water, North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and project review
- Manage business budgets, forecasts, and profitability
- Lead business development and client engagement
- Develop strategies and oversee project proposals
- Manage team staffing, development, and HR functions
- Ensure health, safety, and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Professional registration as Geoscientist or Engineer
- 15+ years in groundwater consulting across multiple sectors
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
