Job Description
We are seeking a Hardware Coordinator for our Service Desk team. The role involves managing IT hardware and providing support to end-users.
Top 3 Must Have Tech Skills:
- Familiarity with IT hardware
- Comfortability with data entry into ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of Windows Server family, Microsoft 365, and current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.
