Here’s what you will do when you join us: You will partner closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients You will be responsible for administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions You will conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services You will educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care You will identify safety hazards and emergency scenarios to ensure residents' safety and take appropriate corrective actions If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to connect with you: BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer date Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license obtained prior to hire date or transfer date High school diploma or GED Location: US-MI-Hudsonville Since our inception in 1997, we've been committed to enhancing long-term care for our residents and creating rewarding opportunities for our team members.
