Operations Coordinator at Tipton Law Group, LLC

Tipton Law Group, LLC is searching for an attorney to serve in an entry-level position within the firm. The position will be best served by recent law school graduates and those with three years of experience or less. With three attorneys, the firm is looking for an associate that will assist the practice across multiple practice areas, including in family law, corporate law, criminal law, and others. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, work well in fast-paced environments, and function well when given a relatively high degree of autonomy. The candidate will be in the ideal position to grow professionally and under other practicing attorneys in a medium-size firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and support across a variety of practice areas.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting to support clients and other attorneys in the firm.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their legal needs promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive and cohesive legal support for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
• 401(k) w/ matching
