Job Title: Night Operations Manager
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
We are currently seeking a Night Operations Manager to oversee our nighttime cleaning operations in Fort Wayne. The Night Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of cleaning services during nighttime hours, coordinating with cleaning staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff and supervisors during nighttime operations.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and according to client specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training and support to existing team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Address any issues or complaints from clients promptly and professionally.
- Maintain open communication with clients and address any concerns or special requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new cleaning staff as needed.
