Shift Breakdown:
3x12 hrs
Shift:
12 hours, nights
1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units *ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward. If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
