This role will focus on Epic security, access provisioning, and user role management to ensure compliance and smooth integration of systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing user security in large Epic environments and possess strong attention to detail for governance and regulatory requirements. Must Haves: Epic Security certification required (must be current). Minimum 5+ years of Epic security administration experience in large healthcare environments. Strong understanding of RBAC, security templates, and user provisioning workflows. Familiarity with compliance requirements such as HIPAA and organizational security standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for working across teams and stakeholders. Nice to Haves: Experience with Epic integration or system consolidation projects. Familiarity with audit and compliance reporting tools within Epic. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Epic security settings, including user templates, roles, and profiles. Implement and manage user access across multiple Epic modules to support enterprise integration efforts. Collaborate with application teams, compliance officers, and leadership to enforce security policies and role-based access controls (RBAC). Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues in a timely manner. Assist in auditing and reporting to ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory guidelines.
