- Join an established group of three pediatricians and one nurse practitioner
- Great pediatric group who are cohesive, have fun together and cover for each other
- Outpatient position with newborn nursery rounds and minimal inpatient
- 1:10 call shared with pediatricians in the market
- Specialists from UW Health provide services in Cardiology, GI, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Nephrology, Urology and Genetics
- Employed position with full benefits, malpractice coverage plus sign on bonus
- Two year income guarantee from $298,681 to $298,681
- Primarily outpatient practice with newborn nursery rounds and minimal inpatient; 24/7 in house NICU, so pediatricians do not have to be present for deliveries

- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
