• Improve technique: Coaches can provide feedback and instruction on how to improve skills like grip, footwork, and shot techniques.
• Develop fitness: Coaches can help players create a training routine that supports their goals.
• Develop strategy: Coaches can help players develop strategic thinking and courtcraft.
• Promote safety: Coaches can ensure the safety of their athletes and communicate with medical practitioners.
• Promote fair play: Coaches can encourage athletes to uphold the rules of the sport and treat everyone fairly.
