Responsible for engaging with brand owners, supporting customer development, managing relationships, and promoting LYB's solutions. The role requires industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively. A Day In The Life:
Lead customer engagement using Marketing Excellence frameworks. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to promote growth of Circular & Low Carbon products. Grow demand and manage the business funnel. Develop marketing content and communicate solutions internally and externally. Support business case development and collaborate with various teams on product opportunities. Requirements: Knowledge of the Polymers Industry, markets, and value chain. Key Account Management and Project Management skills. Value You Bring:
Education & Experience: 4-year University degree (Bachelor's), Technical preferred; Master/MBA preferred. 6+ years in FMCG marketing, sales, or finance; 2+ years in key account management or related fields. Strong market knowledge and decision-making skills. What We Offer:
