Qualifications Required: ADN Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Excellent customer service skills Preferred: BSN Interventional radiology experience Critical care experience Certifications And Licenses Required: BLS from the American Heart Association Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement ACLS Vascular Access Certification Scheduling Requirements: Day Shift, 40hrs Full Time Monday to Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation On Call requirement Essential Functions The role of the Professional Registered Nurse is to provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include implementing the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities. This includes organization and administration of individualized age-specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital. Other Duties Administers patient care in the Radiology Department for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Utilizes assessment techniques, teaching, and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of care.
