VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced
Physical Therapist
to evaluate employees of a private business in
Johnstown, NY.
This is a great opportunity for physical therapists who desire to help improve the physical function, work performance, and daily lives of employees.
Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs. Assess and recommend patients for follow up care if needed. Maintain client documentation. Give home exercises and follow up via telehealth. Requirements:
Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required. Clean Active Physical Therapist License in state of NY. At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Personal laptop or tablet required. Must be able to reliably commute to office in
Johnstown, NY .
