Join SEARHC, Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, as our Medical Director of Psychiatry. This role offers the flexibility to work in-person in Juneau, AK, or via Telepsychiatry from our office in Renton, WA, with semi-regular travel to Juneau. Lead the delivery of top-tier psychiatric care, collaborate with the SVP of Behavioral Health to ensure excellence in clinical care, patient experience, workflow efficiency, and fiscal management, all while aligning with SEARHC's operational and business strategies. Join us in advancing mental health care in Southeast Alaska. Compensation:
$400,000 - $445,000 annually Leadership Stipend:

Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska license Must be board certified in psychiatry 5 years’ post-residency direct patient care clinical experience 2 years’ experience as a medical director or in progressive medical leadership roles Benefits:
