Golden Heart Senior Care in Dayton, OH is seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our team as Overnight Caregivers and CNA / HHA / STNA in the Dayton, Centerville, Beavercreek, Kettering, and Springfield OH area, to cover overnight shifts. Our caregivers work in clients’ homes to improve their quality of life, helping them stay independent and safe longer.

Job Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $14.50-$17.50 per hour based on experience
• Caregiver Career Path offers wage increases of 5-10% after 90 days, 180 days, and 2 years, with opportunities for additional responsibilities and promotions annually

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with office and family
• Bathing, showering, toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing & grooming
• Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing mail
• Transferring and providing transportation to appointments

Job Requirements

• Genuinely concerned about helping people
• Ability to pass background and criminal record checks
• Pass a drug screening test
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
• At least one year of caregiving experience (e.g., as a caregiver, home health aide, HHA, PCA, etc.)
