Position Summary:
Provide leadership to, and management of the Project Management Products Pipeline team. Drive the successful completion of assigned projects across the United States within cost and schedule constraints and with an adherence to federal, state, and local regulations including DOT and FERC regulations, as well as Kinder Morgan Standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the performance of Project Managers in their team. Lead professional and administrative personnel. Develop and improve personnel, processes, standards and procedures. Direct and control the execution of Sustaining, Expense and Expansion projects across the Pacific, Central and Southeast Regions. Promote open and continuous communication between various customers, support groups and stakeholders. Hold team members accountable for their performance in support of projects. Lead special projects to streamline and simplify company processes and procedures. Supervise the monthly forecasting efforts of the PMs. Provide training and oversight to PM team to ensure Project Management processes are followed. Meet with stakeholders to achieve, manage, and maintain business goals. Participate in the annual budgeting process. Review in detail and approve all scopes and estimates generated by the team.
