Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains 55 miles to Utica 80 miles to Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) 90 miles to Kingston, ON, CA 4 hours to Montreal & Toronto 4 day work week working four 10 hour days The clinic hours are 8 AM-5PM (M-F) 40 hours work week for clinic and GYN cases Average 18-20 patients are seen in the clinic Average 15-20 deliveries per month 1:3 call coverage Obstetric volume- 65 deliveries each expected first year with goal of 85 each by year 3 - Scheduled surgical block time 2+ days per week with other access for urgent cases Offer: $415,000 guaranteed base salary $75,000 Start/Retention bonus paid in 3 annual installments RVU bonus for productivity over 50% MGMA, paid quarterly, we reward productivity
