Knoxville, TN | NOC Technician | Full-time
We are actively recruiting a NOC Technician for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require working onsite in Knoxville. This would be an ideal position for a skilled network support specialist with experience in Cisco Command Line (CLI), Meraki, and switch configuration. The ideal candidate will have helpdesk experience and a solid understanding of networking principles. Certifications such as A+, Net+, and Cisco are beneficial.
Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage network switches. Utilize Cisco CLI and Meraki for network management. Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot network issues. Assist in maintaining network infrastructure. Qualifications:
Experience with Cisco CLI and Meraki. Helpdesk experience. Exposure to networking concepts (Cisco Meraki knowledge is a plus). Relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Cisco, etc.). Additional Information:
This position involves an unconventional shift schedule.
