Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Lake Days Marine, LLC
Location: Crosslake, MN
Employment Type: Regular Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)
Reports to: Management Team
Pay: Hourly, Non-Exempt
About Lake Days MarineFamily-owned marine dealership specializing in boat sales, service, and rentals in the Crosslake area.
Position SummaryWe need a reliable part-time administrative assistant to handle daily paperwork and basic office tasks. This role focuses on keeping our documentation organized and supporting our sales and service operations.
Main ResponsibilitiesPaperwork & Documentation:
- Process boat sales paperwork and contracts
- File service orders and warranty claims
- Maintain customer files and records
- Process rental agreements and reservations
- Organize employee records and HR paperwork
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Enter customer information into Lightspeed CRM system
- Update inventory records
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and paper)
Basic Office Support:
- Answer phones and take messages
- Handle incoming mail and correspondence
- Prepare basic reports as needed
- Assist with check request forms and expense documentation
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google)
- Good organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to handle confidential information
- Flexible 20-30 hours per week
- Monday-Friday preferred
- Some Saturday hours during busy season
