Rigid Axle is a small, family owned business specializing in e-commerce automotive parts distribution.

Rigid Axle's Warehouse Manger will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include inbound and outbound shipping, inventory, quality control, and managing warehouse personnel. We are looking for a strong leader that can run all warehouse operations with high efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage with minimal supervision
• Fulfill and pack outbound FedEx packages
• Manage and train warehouse staff
• Count, track and manage inventory
• Receive inbound shipments
• Inspect customer returns
• Inspect warehouse to keep a clean and safe work environment
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of warehouse management experience
• Proficient using a computer and inventory management software (Teapplix preferred)
• Trained in operating a forklift
• 80 hours of PTO per year
