up to $75,000 DOE The Education Director is the operational leader of the school and will ensure program regulations and best practices are implemented, managed and maintained. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing administrative, educational, and clinical program direction in development, program evaluation, and program planning. This position will be responsible for maintaining all educational state mandates as outlined for licensure. Responsibilities:
Responsible for endorsing Merakey Core Values throughout daily program operations Oversees the profit and loss for program(s) Manages daily operation of program(s) Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures and best practices are met Implements policies/procedures as directed Ensures compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from state education agencies and payors Builds and maintains positive stakeholder relationships, both internal and external Responsible for fidelity of educational and clinical components of program Maintains HIPAA and FERPA guidelines in all aspects of work environment Benefits:

The ideal candidate will possess one of the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited and recognized organization with a Special Education Certification Master's Degree in Special Education from an accredited and recognized organization Supervisory/Principal Certificate or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification, preferred 1-3 years working in an educational setting Equal Opportunity Employer
