Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering insurance-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy details, updates, and modifications, ensuring their insurance coverage meets their needs.

Claims Processing: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted efficiently.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term client retention.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and services to offer accurate information to clients.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance sales is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.

Customer-Focused: Strong ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.

Problem Solving: Capable of handling customer inquiries and issues with patience and efficiency.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems.

Availability: Willingness to work full-time on-site in Leitchfield, Kentucky.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate well with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
